Shipments to Cyprus

You choose the product you want and the payment is made by deposit to the Piraeus Bank account, Card or via PayPal, depositing the corresponding shipping costs. The parcel is sent through the Associated transport companies: BOX NOW lockers and General Post.

Shipping through BOX NOW Lockers the cost is €10 (receipt from 24 to 48 hours from the moment the E-shop has prepared the order), your BoxNow Parcel Delivery Machines are working 24/7 giving him full access.

Shipping through General Post Office  with shipping costs €10 up to 5 kg and Parcel Delivery in 10-15 days from the date of shipment. Otherwise, you have the possibility to do Express shipping with a minimum cost of 20€ up to 4kg with parcel delivery in 2-4 days.

Shipments within the European Union:

Shipments to other countries: Choose the product you want by paying by Card or via PayPal, with shipping costs of €10 for parcels up to 3 kg and Parcel Delivery in 10-15 days from the date of shipment.

Partner courier companies:

      • Cyprus and Bulgaria by General Post
      • Germany and rest of Europe by Fedex (10-15 days ordinary shipping)

Shipments are made daily.

Shipments to Bulgaria are as follows: For shipment to Zone 1 destinations with delivery in 1-2 business days. For shipping to Zone 2 destinations with delivery in 1-4 business days

Return / Exchange Conditions

XXLOVE provides the opportunity to return a product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

In cases of withdrawal, the customer pays the transport costs for its return. Withdrawal means that the consumer can return the product, within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt, if for any reason he changes his mind. You can download the withdrawal form  here .

The return / change will be accepted only after the approval of the company. The company does not bear any responsibility for any damage or deterioration of the products after their use and is not obliged in any case to replace them.

Necessary condition for the return of products is to have in your possession the relevant purchase document that proves the transaction (eg, Retail Receipt, Sales Invoice / Shipping Receipt etc.).

In the case of the exchange-return of the products from Greece, Cyprus, the cost of transport is borne by the customer, and it is necessary to contact a representative of the company first.

In the case of the return of the products from the countries of the European Union, the cost of transport is borne by the customer, and it is necessary to contact a representative of the company first.

The company does not guarantee the safety and insurance of products returned through other transport companies.

All the above steps must be completed within 14 calendar days from receipt. Otherwise, the company reserves the right to reject product returns that have not been returned in accordance with these terms.

Changes or refunds are based on the purchase price.

For environmental reasons, your company suggests that you use the same packaging that you received your order from and that it is closed only with packaging tape.

Product returns

All returns regardless of the reason for the return go through a quality control department of the company for further and meticulous quality control to accept or reject the return.

In the event that a defect is found in which the company is not responsible during the quality control of the returned product, the company must return the package back to the consumer or contact the consumer to resolve the issue.

The following can be considered as a defect: worn products, products with wear, stains, odors or alterations.

  • CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES (BELTS)

The product must be in perfect condition, as you received it and the special markings (cards / barcode) have not been removed, ie it must be in the original factory packaging.

  • JEWELRY

Not jewelry changes are made.

  • UNDERWEAR

Most of our products are categorized for strictly personal use, and therefore not all products return returns (underwear, socks, tights, etc.)

  • SWIMWEAR

It is possible to change/return the products, as long as the packaging is in its original condition, the tags, stickers have not been removed and the product is in its original condition.

  • PRODUCTS / PACKAGING

Product packages (packages containing more than one piece) such as panties, socks, etc., are considered ONE piece. So the package should not be opened and no parts of the package or individual pieces are returned.

For the return of the package from Greece:

  • The return is made with a courier company. You can choose the courier company of your choice, so the parcel should be at the sender's charge. In case there is a recipient's charge, our company will refuse to receive the parcel.
  • Otherwise you can send your return/exchange with our partner courier companies(ACS & GENERAL POST) of our company, in this way you will benefit from the special prices on the shipment. This amount is €3,50 which will be deducted from the refund total, or the amount will be adjusted during your exchange. The amount of €3,50 concerns parcels that are up to 2kg. For each kilo above there will be an extra charge set by the courier company. The extra charge will be made known to you after we receive the return package.
  • In case of returning a parcel with BOX NOW  the refund amount is €2,50 which will be deducted from the refund total, or the amount will be adjusted during your change (applies to parcels that are up to 2kg). When making a return through box now, the parcel number you received is sufficient . By typing the package number in the box written on the voucher label, the package is routed and returned to our company.

         A)Write the parcel ID on the parcel (10 digit number) or stick the original voucher you received on the parcel,

         B)You choose any mailbox that serves you and type the ten-digit number and press ok,

         C)Place the package in the locker and close the door.

If you have chosen another carrier during your purchase, you have the option to return the parcel with BOX NOW. By pressing the button below to start the return process and follow the instructions to complete it quickly and easily.

The “BOX NOW Returns” service works easily with 3 steps. You choose a package size, fill in your details and place the package in any Locker that serves you.

In both of the above cases, you complete your return and in 1-2 working days we are expected to receive it.

  • Products must be in their original condition and retain all tags. the product must be returned intact (labels not removed, not worn and used and not washed), i.e. without any damage or defect (unwanted odors that may be present in the returned product can also be considered a defect) . Otherwise, the product cannot be accepted and we will contact you to resolve the problem.
  • Our company gives the possibility of return/exchange also in the physical store. Products must be in their original condition, retain all tags and show proof of purchase. All returned products must be in the original condition you received them. Any wear or damage caused will result in the non-acceptance of the return. The product must be returned intact (labels not removed, not worn and used and not washed), i.e. without any damage or defect (unwanted odors that may be present in the returned product can also be considered a defect) . Otherwise, the product cannot be accepted.

For the return of the package from EU:

You have the possibility to change within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt. The product must be in excellent condition, with tags intact, in its original packaging and with the proof of purchase. The costs are borne by the customer.

Defective products

If the product sent to you is defective you can contact via email at returns@xxlove.gr or by phone Monday-Friday 09: 00-19: 00 at 211- 4098127 or 211-4111545 and report to our partners the problem that occurred and they are always available to help you.

All products they carry obvious construction defect will be replaced or reimbursed immediately, with the cost of return being borne entirely by our company. The cost of resending the item to be replaced is borne entirely by our company.

Any other kind of defect that arises from the customer and not from the company is borne by the customer and not the company.

Commitment / reservation of the product

Company policy does not allow commitment / reservation of products, both in our online store and in the physical store of the company.

Product/size change only applies to Greece and Cyprus 

Return or change of product that is not due to our mistake is at the expense of the customer and only provided that the product is in excellent condition, intact in its original packaging, with proof of retail and within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt .

In case you wish to change the respective product with another one or size, the return costs as well as the costs of the new shipment are borne by the customer.

Our company policy for change process is as follows:

  • Our representative will place a new order with a package waiting for you
  • Sending a parcel to our company with a courier company of your choice or with the company's partners. The fee amounts to €3,50 with a recipient's fee in case of choosing a cooperating courier company(ACS & GENERAL POST) & (BOX NOW amounts to €2,5). The amount of €3,50(ACS & GENERAL POST) and respectively €2,5 (BOX NOW)it concerns parcels that are up to 2kg. For each kilo above there will be an extra charge set by the courier company. The extra charge will be made known to you after we receive the exchange package.

If you choose the courier company of your choice, the package should be at the sender's charge. In case there is a recipient's charge, our company will refuse to receive the parcel.

  • Checking the package by the quality control department and informing our representative about the acceptance or not of the return.

In case the package meets the conditions for change then we will proceed with the shipment of the new order.

The charge for the new shipment amounts to €3,50 (ACS & GENERAL POST) & €1,5 (BOX NOW) and the Furthermore €1,50 for cash on delivery (applies to shipments up to 2kg).

Cash on delivery is a payment method where payment is made to the Courier upon delivery "cash on delivery".

In change case with BOX NOW if there is a difference in the amount payable, it is done only through a bank deposit. (cash on delivery service is not available).

In case of non-acceptance of the parcel, the parcel is returned after being informed by a representative of the company.

Product/size change does not apply to the rest of the EU countries.

Money Back / Credit

In the event that you wish to receive a refund, you should send the product(s) to the e-shop offices (Lahana 4, Nea Filadelfia) together with the corresponding purchase document (e.g. Retail Receipt, Sales Invoice/Shipping Note) coke) and the return form. After the package is received by us and the quality control department checks that the products are in perfect condition and meet all conditions for return, the amount will be paid into your Bank Account within fourteen (14) working days.

In case you return the product(s) to our physical store, not the money is refunded on the spot, but it is sent from the store to the e-shop and the 14 working days count from the date the package arrives at our offices, as long as the aforementioned conditions are met.

To complete the return form and sending it either inside the parcel, or electronically by following the steps below:

  • Completion Form and cause,
  • Filling in details and IBAN Account (in case of refund)

Refunds for cash on delivery purchases will be made through a bank. For the deposit it is necessary to indicate the IBAN number of your account and to which bank it belongs, as well as the name of the beneficiary.

The refund will be made within 14 working days, to the bank account you will declare.

In case of no refund, expect the amount in credit balance for markets of equal or greater value.

Returns and credits only concern the value of the product and the corresponding purchase document is required (eg Retail Receipt, Sales Invoice / Shipping Receipt etc.)

Any credit balances that may arise from the transactions in the online store expire after 12 months and strictly concern only the name of the customer to whom the credit balance belongs and only from the customer's account where the credit balance exists.

The cost of returning products is borne exclusively by the customer.

Returns are made through the cooperating bank Piraeus.

If the return is made to an account of the same bank (Piraeus) then the money is credited within 14 working days, without any additional charge.

If the return is made by another bank, then the costs are shared and there is a charge on both sides according to the policy of each bank, for which our company is not responsible and within 14 working days.

Gift Card

The gift card can only be used in the eshop.

Cash can not be exchanged for Gift Card or Credit Notes

Limited liability

The company is not responsible for the loss, theft, destruction or unauthorized use of the Gift Card or credit balance.

Price lists & price changes

All price lists on our website are updated immediately in case of price changes and for this reason they are "stronger" than any other price. There may be changes in product prices without prior notice to the public.

These price lists, as the most up-to-date, are the final prices regardless of the information you may have received in the past from an informative newsletter.

In the event of a change in the price of an item while your order is pending, the new price will not be adjusted to your order.

Any exclusions from the kilos you will be informed about any extra charges from the competent department
