Product/size change only applies for Greece and Cyprus
In case you wish to change the respective product with another one or size, the return costs as well as the costs of the new shipment are borne by the customer.
You have the possibility to change within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt. The product must be in excellent condition, with tags intact, in its original packaging and with the proof of purchase
Our company policy for change process is as follows:
- Contact a company representative to change product / size and send email returns@xxlove.gr ,
- Our representative will register a new order with a pending package from you,
- Sending a parcel to our company with a courier company of your choice or with the company's partners,
- The fee depends on the company you choose to return your package,
- If you proceed to register a change order, without contacting a company representative, you should mention in the notes to the store that it concerns a change from order number ##.
For Greece, below you will find the fees:
Affiliated companies and corresponding fees are detailed below:
- If you choose ACS & GENERAL POST OFFICE for the return of a parcel with a recipient's fee, the cost amounts to €3,50. (up to 2kg)
- If you choose BOH NOW for the return of a parcel with a recipient's fee, the cost amounts to €2,50.
For each kilo above there will be an extra charge set by the courier company. The extra charge will be made known to you after we receive the exchange package.
If you choose the courier company of your choice, the package should be at the sender's charge. In case there is a recipient's charge, our company will refuse to receive the parcel.
Inspection of the parcel by the quality control department and notification by our representative on acceptance or not of the return. If the package meets the conditions for change, then we will proceed with sending the new order.
After we receive your change package, the company will proceed to send your new order.
The charge for the new shipment amounts to €3,50 (ACS & GENERAL POST) & €1,5 (BOX NOW) and the Furthermore €1,50 for cash on delivery (applies to shipments up to 2kg).
Cash on delivery is a payment method where payment is made to the Courier upon delivery "cash on delivery".
In change case with BOX NOW if there is a difference in the amount payable, it is done only through a bank deposit. (cash on delivery service is not available).
In case of non-acceptance of the parcel, the parcel is returned after being informed by a representative of the company.
For Cyprus below you will find the charges:
Choose the courier company of your choice, the parcel should be charged by the sender. In case there is a recipient's charge, our company will refuse to receive the parcel.
In case of returning a parcel with BOX NOW from Cyprus the refund amount is €10,00 which will be deducted from the refund total, or the amount will be adjusted during your change (applies to parcels that are up to 2kg). When making a return through box now, the parcel number that you have received it.
By typing the package number in the box written on the voucher label, the package is routed and returned to our company.
Details below:
- Write the parcel ID on the parcel (10 digit number) or stick the original voucher you received on the parcel,
- You choose any mailbox that serves you and type the ten-digit number and press ok,
- Place the package in the locker and close the door.
Parcel return approximately 8-10 days.
Product/size change does not apply to the rest of the EU countries.
Return or change of product that is not due to our mistake is at the expense of the customer and only provided that the product is in excellent condition, intact in its original packaging, with proof of retail and within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt .
