Your BoxNow Parcel Delivery Machines operate 24/7 ensuring full access.
- When ordering, the customer selects the Automatic Parcel Receipt Machine (locker id) that serves him,
- He receives by e-mail or his phone the necessary information to collect his order and a personal code (PIN),
- He visits and enters the code he received at the Automated Parcel Receiving Machine (APM) of his choice and automatically opens a box from which he collects his order,
Brief operation of ACS Smart point:
The service Smart points of the courier company ACS cannot be entered by our company but only by the recipient, the company proceeds with the shipment based on the recipient's address or the nearest store and the recipient, receiving the message upon arrival of the shipment, redirects it according to the selected Smart points that is displayed to him, otherwise he can call the respective store and by giving the pin (which he receives again with the shipment's arrival SMS) requests that the shipment be routed to the Smart point he is interested in.
Shipments to Cyprus
You choose the product you want and the payment is made by deposit to the Piraeus Bank account, Card or via PayPal, depositing the corresponding shipping costs. The parcel is sent through the Associated transport companies: BOX NOW Lockers and General Postal.
Shipping through BOX NOW Lockers the cost amounts to 10€ (delivery from 24 to 48 hours from the moment the E-shop has prepared the order). Your BoxNow Parcel Delivery Machines operate 24/7 ensuring full access.
Shipping through General Post Office with shipping costs 10€ until 5 kg and Parcel Delivery in 10-15 days from the date of shipment. Otherwise you have the option to do Express shipping at minimal cost to 20€ up to 2kg with parcel delivery in 2-4 days.* (free shipping does not apply to Express shipments)
Shipments within the European Union
Shipments to other countries: Select the product you want by paying by Card or PayPal, with shipping costs 10€ for parcels up to 3kg and Parcel Delivery in 10-15 days from the date of shipment.
